About This Episode On our 13th anniversary, we look back at what God did in 2019, from the release of Marriage After God to planting a home church with a few couples and starting homeschool. Then we explore New Year's resolutions and why being people of our word matters so much more. Jesus tells us to be people who mean what we say: our yes must be yes and our no must be no. We talk about why resolutions fail when we treat a date as the thing with authority, how real change starts with belief that leads to action, and how not keeping our word can hurt ourselves, our marriage, our kids and others. We also share simple tips for keeping your word this year.
