About This Episode The Bible tells us in James 5 to confess our sins to one another and pray for one another, that we may be healed. Confession is one of the most powerful gifts God has given us. It is by confession that we are saved (Romans 10:10), and it is by confession that we are healed. When we confess our sin, we are saying that God is right and we are not. But confession is hard because it is exactly the opposite of what our flesh wants. Confession exposes our nakedness, and our instinct is to cover it up. When we hide, our sins and wrong ways of thinking live on instead of being cut away. In this episode, we talk about the power of confession and how to do it well in marriage.
