About This Episode Times of doubt and fear will come, and how we handle them matters. We start by sharing two scary moments from our own life, rolling our vehicle and a white-knuckle 16-hour bus ride in Africa, and then talk about how to encourage your spouse when doubt and fear rise up. What you fear has the most power in your life, so we look at what triggers fear, from stepping into ministry, to feeling not good enough like Moses, to a lack of control. Then we share practical ways to help: knowing and speaking Scripture over your spouse, stopping to pray with thanksgiving, and bearing one another's burdens with sensitivity rather than telling them to get over it.
