About This Episode We haven't figured out how to perfectly navigate social media, and in this episode we admit it. Aaron gets personal about his own addiction to his phone, and we share the stories that convicted us most, from a friend wondering if she was talking to herself while we scrolled to our five-year-old asking if we love our phones more than him. We look at what Scripture says about not being dominated by anything, then walk through the strategies we are putting in place to build healthier habits with social media in our home. There is good that can come from social media, but it should never be more important than your spouse's heart.

Full access — Sharing passwords and giving each other permission to ask why you follow someone. Guarding purity — Deleting unnecessary online relationships and refusing private messages with the opposite sex. Being present — Proactively putting phones away so the people in the room know they matter more.
