About This Episode There are huge physical and spiritual benefits for your marriage in living a healthy lifestyle. In this episode we share three important areas of life that are positively impacted when we choose to live healthy, and how each one affects marriage: discipline, example, and ability. We give personal examples of the growth we have seen from choosing to eat well and work out, alongside the spiritual discipline of spending time with God. We talk about leading by example rather than nagging, and the benefits we have experienced, from more energy to play with our kids to more closeness in intimacy.
