About This Episode Whether you and your spouse work together in business, parenting, DIY house projects, or any other way, this episode is for you. Working with your spouse has its challenges and moments of joy. We have worked together through missions, jobs, a photography business, and ministry, and we share what has worked for us and remind you why the process matters. We talk about how expectations can impact a working marriage, how to stay on the same team, and how to take advantage of each other's strengths and weaknesses. We look at Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 and Colossians 3:23-24, and remember that the way you work together is a witness to the world.

About Aaron & Jennifer Smith Aaron and Jennifer Smith are the founders of Marriage After God and authors of Husband After God, Wife After God, and Marriage After God. Married since 2007 and raising six children in Bend, Oregon, they started Husband Revolution and Unveiled Wife to share what God was teaching them, not from a place of having it figured out, but as fellow travelers pointing couples back to Jesus.
