10 Marriage Devotional: What Are We Fighting For?
Show notes
About This Episode Conflict is a normal part of marriage, but it's easy to start seeing each other as the enemy. In this devotional, we talk about the deeper spiritual layers behind the tension couples feel. Scripture reminds us the real battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces and the desires of our own flesh. We look at how deception, accusation and temptation creep into our hearts and pull us away from unity, how our posture and body language often say more than our words, and what it looks like to disarm a fight with humility and prayer. As we like to say, even if you win the argument, you still lose at the relationship, so let's learn to fight the good fight together.
