09 Marriage Devotional: The Impact of Our Conduct in Marriage

Show notes

About This Episode Our conduct shapes the culture of our marriage. In this devotional, we look at conduct as directing the course of our lives and leading those around us, and how the way we speak, respond and love reveals what we believe about God. Aaron talks about the husband's role as a protector of his wife and family, physically, emotionally and spiritually, and why secrets leave doors open to the enemy. Jennifer shares how a wife's faithful, prayerful conduct can strengthen her husband's walk with God, without contingency on what he does, including the story of a woman who prayed 30 years for her husband's salvation. We encourage couples to stay rooted in prayer, lean on the Holy Spirit, and not grow weary in doing good for each other.
