About This Episode One of the reasons Aaron and Jennifer started their channel was to help Christian marriages around the world know that marriage is a ministry, and that the first place we practice what the Bible teaches and commands is toward our spouse and our children. When our marriage ministry is thriving, our ministry outside the home becomes more effective. Drawing from a chapter of the book they were writing at the time, they ask whether you recognize your role as a husband or a wife as a ministry. They explain why your spouse is your closest neighbor, what your marriage preaches to a watching world, and why God won't ask you to sacrifice your marriage on the altar of ministry.

About Aaron & Jennifer Smith Aaron and Jennifer Smith are the founders of Marriage After God and authors of Husband After God, Wife After God, and Marriage After God. Married since 2007 and raising six children in Bend, Oregon, they started Husband Revolution and Unveiled Wife to share what God was teaching them, not from a place of having it figured out, but as fellow travelers pointing couples back to Jesus.
