About This Episode This is a raw, real-time life note from our home in Central Oregon. As a wildfire moved close enough to put our neighborhood under a level-two evacuation notice, and just days before Jennifer's scheduled c-section, we sat down to share what we were packing, what we were praying, and what God was showing us about how tightly we had been holding our newly built home. We talk about helping our kids trust God whether or not the house burns, the practical steps every family should take before an emergency ever comes, and the gift of community when life feels uncertain. We also give thanks for the unexpected rain so many of you prayed for across the Pacific Northwest. Our prayer is to keep our hands and hearts open to what the Lord has.
