10 Biblical Ways to Resolve Conflict in Marriage
Show notes
About This Episode What if couples put the same effort and energy they use fighting against each other into fighting for unity? Back from our summer break, with our baby on the way, we walk through ten biblical principles for resolving conflict in marriage. We talk about remembering you are already one team, forgiving and saying so, preaching the gospel to yourself, and being slow to anger and quick to listen. We look at true repentance through David's prayer in Psalm 51 and Nathan's confrontation, why reconciliation is the goal, and why your spouse is not a mind reader. We also share the story of a wife who endured by seeing her husband as a brother in Christ, and why love is the one debt we always owe.
