About This Episode Continuing our series on the power of words, we dig into two Bible stories that show how the enemy uses words as weapons. In 2 Kings 18-19, the Assyrian messenger taunts King Hezekiah with the question 'On what do you rest this trust of yours?' and tries to sow doubt among the people on the wall. We look at how Judah's leaders tried to guard the people's ears, how God reassured Hezekiah through Isaiah, and how Hezekiah took the letter and spread it before the Lord. Then we turn to Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and their 'but if not' faith in Daniel 3, and Jennifer shares how the words 'even if' carried her through a fearful moment. Husbands and wives can guard each other with truth. And listen for our special announcement: baby number six is on the way!
