About This Episode In this special Thanksgiving episode, we talk about the immense value of serving others together in marriage. We share about our family digging potatoes at Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch and look back on years of serving, from youth ministry to missions, along with the season when our marriage was struggling and our eyes turned inward. Serving is a powerful antidote to many marriage issues: it builds unity as you work as a team, gives perspective as you pour into others, lets you use your gifts together, and teaches your kids important values. Most of all, it lets us follow Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many. We close with practical ways to serve your spouse and encourage you to consider what a lifestyle of service could look like for your marriage.
