Why Christians Need Mentors

Show notes

About This Episode With great power comes great responsibility, and as believers, it's our responsibility to take care of the body. In this episode, Aaron and Jennifer Smith talk about why Christians need mentors and why every believer can be one. They share the mentors who poured into them when they were younger, and why mentoring doesn't require a degree or a dramatic testimony, only availability, honesty, and quality time that builds trust. Connecting mentorship to the Great Commission's call to make disciples, they encourage you to invite others into what you're already doing, like the woman in Malawi who taught Jennifer to pluck a chicken, while protecting your first ministries to your spouse and children.
