The Meaning And Purpose Of Intimacy In Marriage
Show notes
About This Episode Intimacy is a word we usually associate with sex or physical connection. Those are forms of intimacy, but is that all the word means? In this episode, Aaron and Jennifer explore what we can learn from God and His relationship with us about intimacy with Him and with our spouse. They walk through four kinds of intimacy, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual, and unpack the Hebrew word yada, which means to know deeply and experientially. Jennifer shares a tender moment from their difficult early years and reads from The Unveiled Wife about the gift of being fully known.
